About Us
Built by a clinician.
For the clinicians running codes.
Rapid Response Console started at a bedside — not in a boardroom. We know what it costs to document a rapid response event from memory, or sorting through the information recorded on a piece of paper, sometimes hours after the fact. We built RRC so you never have to again.
The problem was personal.
Rapid response events move fast. Medications, interventions, vitals, team decisions — all of it happening simultaneously, logged nowhere in the moment, reconstructed later from memory or scraps of paper. The documentation gap wasn't a systems problem. It was a patient safety problem.
Origin Story
“During RRTs- more often than not, recording the event happened twice. Once when the actual event was happening, then placing that same information into the EHR. This created a system where the nurse did a double task. Not because we wanted to, but rather because nobody had given us a better way to document while the event was happening AND a way to log it into the system.”
That experience led to a simple question: What if the documentation happened in real time, alongside the care — and the debrief report wrote itself? RRC is the answer to that question.
We are a small, focused team in the early stages of bringing RRC to hospital rapid response teams. We are actively partnering with our first health systems, learning from every go-live, and building the platform around real clinical workflows — not assumptions about them.

Our Mission
Every rapid response event should make the next one better
We believe that the data captured during a rapid response event is one of the most underutilized assets in hospital quality improvement. A complete, accurate, time-stamped record of every intervention — available immediately after the event — is the foundation for smarter debriefs, better team training, and measurably improved outcomes over time.
Our mission is to make that record automatic, so that clinicians can focus entirely on the patient — and the learning happens on its own.
What We Believe
Clinician-First, Always
Every design decision starts with one question: Does this make the clinician's job easier during an active event? If the answer is no, we don't ship it.
Our Values
Honest about who we are
We are early. We tell our partners that. We also commit to being at the table — learning, iterating, and improving — every step of the way.
Data as a safety asset
Clinical event data isn't just documentation — it's a signal. We treat it with the seriousness of a patient safety tool, not a charting checkbox.
Privacy first, without compromise
HIPAA compliance isn't a feature — it's the floor. We built security and privacy into the architecture before we built anything else.
